PUBG Mobile Introduces New Snow Walker Set in Twilight Hunt Crates

PUBG Mobile has announced that a new Snow Walker set is available as part of the Twilight Hunt crates. This comes soon after the game introduced the Arctic Explorer set within the Lucky Spin section of the game. 

The Twilight Hunt crates includes white, orange, and black weapon skins for players, a new planetary pot pan, and a Riot Squad set as well. 

The new Snow Walker set has launched alongside the Snow Walker Headgear that can be purchased separately. The popular battle royale game has recently announced that it will bring a big 0.18.0 update on May 7.

Tencent Games announced the introduction of the new Snow Walker set via its PUBG Mobile Twitter handle. There's a new Snow Walker Headgear that has a black mask with golden goggles. The Snow Walker set has a white scarf, a golden vest, and matching white pants. It is part of the Twilight Hunt crate, and can be purchased for UC 60.

 UC (Unknown Cash) is a form of credit or game currency that you can use to purchase premium items from the PUBG shop. UC can be purchased by the player, and currently UC 60 is equal to Rs. 79.  To open the crate ten times a player has to pay UC 540. The Snow Walker Headger needs to be purchased separately. The game has many crates with many outfit options and weapon skins to choose from.

While this is a small addition, PUBG Mobile is expected to bring a new Miramar 2.0 map with the upcoming 0.18.0 update on May 7. This new map will include a new racing ramp, an area called Water City, a new Golden Mirado vehicle, and vending machines that are expected to offer painkillers and energy drinks. 

The update will also bring new features like the new Safety Scramble Mode and a Jungle Adventure Guide. 

The beta of this update suggests that there will be a new blue zone inside the playable safe space which players have to avoid. Entering this blue space will cause damage.

 A similar feature has been available in the PC game, and now it will be part of the mobile game as well.

Apple, Google Detail Exposure Notifications That Will Come Through Their COVID-19 Contact Tracing System

Apple and Google have shared information about exposure notifications that will be a part of their contact tracing system to help people detect the spread of COVID-19. 

The new notification system will appear in various contact tracing apps using the technology designed by the tech giants.

 In addition to providing how exposure notifications will surface on phones, Apple and Google have released sample interface designs to show how the potential apps using their contact tracing system would work in the future. 

The companies have also released a cryptography specification for enabling exposure notifications.

Exposure notifications will emerge on the screen as an alert to let people know if they've been exposed to someone who has tested positive or is at risk of being exposed to COVID-19. 

“They are meant to support and augment public health's existing contact tracing efforts, not replace them,” Apple and Google have written in a document explaining about the exposure notification system.

Public health authorities will have the system to decide who the notifications will be triggered on phones. They'll also have the option to include what next steps should be advised to users and how to reach exposed individuals for further contact tracing and containment programmes.

The contact tracing system that Apple and Google are developing together will push exposure notifications if the user has been exposed to a person who later reports themselves as COVID-19 positive. The notifications will rely upon sharing and collecting of random IDs over Bluetooth. Moreover, users will have the option to disable exposure notifications from the apps in case they don't want to receive any alerts.

Resources for developers
Alongside detailing the exposure notification system, Apple and Google have provided a sample code for both iOS and Android to help developers build contact tracing apps. Both companies have also independently released their policies that developers will need to follow if they want to use the Exposure Notifications APIs designed to work on the given system.

The policies have made it mandatory that contact tracing apps must be created by or for a government public health authority and should be used exclusively for COVID-19 response efforts. Similarly, user consent is important to push exposure notifications. Apple and Google have also directed developers that the contact tracing apps based on their system should “only collect the minimum amount of data necessary” and shouldn't use user data for any purposes other than enabling COVID-19 response efforts. The companies have also prohibited apps from seeking location access of users.

Apple and Google have also laid down six distinct principles that developers need to follow in order to use the resources provided. One of those principles says that the use of the Exposure Notifications API “will be restricted to one app per country to promote high user adoption and avoid fragmentation.” However, there is an exception for the countries that have opted for a regional or state approach.

• The developers working on contact tracing apps based on the system designed by Apple and Google have also been provided with the detailed technical specification for cryptographic keys that will enable exposure notifications. The specification is aimed to preserve user privacy while using a Bluetooth protocol to understand and alert about possible exposure to the deadly virus.

The blood of patients who have recovered from corona is being sold for half a liter

Blood of patients who have been illegally cured of corona is being sold on the internet. Patients' blood is being sold on the dark net in the name of corona cure and vaccine. A report from the Australian National University has revealed. The sellers present on the Dark Net are shipping to different countries and delivering abroad.

According to a report in the Daily Mail, the blood of Corona patients is being sold for millions of rupees with claims of not making Corona immune for life. A liter of blood is priced at Rs 10 lakh.

However, other items, including masks and test kits, are being sold illegally at high prices, along with blood. According to a report by the National University of Australia, these items are being sold in at least 15 different dark net markets.

Darknet is claiming that PPE and other paraphernalia have been obtained by doctors treating Corona around the world. The seller is also ready to deliver the goods to different countries. Most of these products are from America while some products are available for shipping from Europe, Britain and Australia.

Plasma of patients who have recovered from corona has been linked to treatment of other patients. But plasma is also harmless and can kill people. Doctors are currently using therapy as an experiment only in certain special situations.

Vadodara: 150 other state workers reached the Collector office

As many as 150 foreigners from different states, including Uttar Pradesh, are stranded in Maktampur village near Bharuch following the lockdown of the corona virus. These people are in trouble without employment as they do not have a wage job. At the Bharuch district collector's office, a crowd of 150 people from across the province gathered to seek permission to go home.

These people push for permission at the collector's office, but they are not allowed to go home following the lockdown. Bharuch A-Division police reached the spot and persuaded the foreigners gathered at the collector's office today and sent them back home.

The laborer said to the youth: We have no money for 2 months now "I work as a laborer," said Chintu Chauhan, a resident of Deoria in UP. We have no money for 2 months now. We eat one day and stay hungry one day. We came to the collector's office but were not allowed to go home. I request my collector to send us to our hometown Deoria anyway.

The laborer said to the youth: We are laborers, if we work we will eat, if not we will starve. We go back home disappointed

"We have come to the Collectorate knowing that we want to go to our hometown UP and are allowed to go home, but here the gentleman is talking about not giving us permission to go till May 3," said Yuva, a resident of Deoria in Uttar Pradesh. We are 150 people. We are laborers, if we work we will eat, if not we will starve. We go back home disappointed.

Government says "order canceled" on Chinese coronavirus test kit - not a single rupee lost

Amid the ongoing Corona crisis in the country, China is in the throes of a test kit. Meanwhile, the government has issued a statement saying that all kits ordered from China are being returned and orders have been canceled. Not a single rupee was lost.

 The government on Monday said that Chinese companies supplying faulty test kits in India would not get a single rupee as all orders have been canceled and not paid.

A Chinese coronavirus test kit has been found to be under-performing by the Indian Medical Research Council. Rapid testing of two Chinese companies, Gaungzhou wondfo biotech and Zhuhai livzon diagnostic, has since been banned.
