The teacher was considered and accordingly the primary teachers were entitled to the first higher standard of promotion i.e. the standard of assistant education inspector. As there is no promotion cadre after the Assistant Education Inspector for the primary teachers, they have been given second and third higher education by the Finance Department on 17/06/2011 Resolution No .: Pg-1008-2-4.A. (M) was to be met as per the schedule fixed. After that, the allowance rules of the head teacher cadre were promulgated from the advertisement dated 17/01/2017 under reference (2) of this department. As per the provision made by these allowance rules, primary teachers were appointed as feeder cadre of the head teacher. Provision was made in the proclamation to fulfill the qualifications prescribed for the post of Headmaster to be promoted or to attain higher rank. Thus, if there are two vacancies for the promotion of primary teachers as per the notification dated 03/01/2008, Assistant Education Inspector and as per the notification dated 15/01/2017, there are two vacancies for the promotion of head teachers. As per the resolution dated 05/12/2017 under reference (2) of this department, it is optional to get the promotion of the head teacher, they are eligible to get the first higher standard. Subsequently, the Headmaster Recruitment Rules, 2018 were published from the notification dated 7/06/2018 under reference (2) of this section. Subsequently, the recruitment rules for the Assistant Education Inspector, 2013 were promulgated from the notification under reference (2) dated 31/01/2018 of this department. As per the provisions of these rules, the head teacher cadre has been included instead of the primary teachers as the feeder cadre of the assistant education inspector. Thus, there should be no room for direct promotion for primary teachers as well as promotion of head teacher

Municipal corporation election final result news

Municipal corporation election result



The counting of votes is scheduled to start from 8 am today after low turnout in 6 Municipal Corporations of the state.  Since yesterday afternoon, the state Election Commission and police officials have arrived at the polling station to provide security to the Strong Room.  Counting officials as well as leaders of political parties have arrived at the spot since early this morning.  While BJP-Congress workers are slowly coming out of the polling station.



Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, Bhavnagar and Jamnagar Municipal Corporations had an average turnout of 46 per cent.  The counting process is being carried out today.  These include 575 from BJP, 564 from Congress, 419 from Aam Aadmi Party and 226 from Independents and other parties.

Helpline start The confusion about online classes of standard 10 and 12 will removed

Launch of special helpline: Confusion about online class of Std.
The helpline has been started by Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) so that the students of online classes can know all the information about the embarrassing issues and exams.  Students will be able to learn unanswered issues during the online class from expert teachers on 079-23973614, as well as get all the information about the question paper and method of examination.


Started from not being able to go to schools
Many students do not get proper guidance in the online class.  Not going to school does not solve their confusion.  In this situation SSA has started a helpline in the state.  So that students can get information by calling during school hours.
