Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Manager (Performance Planning & Review): 
    • B.Com./B.E./B.Tech., and ii) PG in Management / MBA or its equivalent from recognized university/ college as 2 years full time regular course. (Institutions recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE / UGC). Specialisation in Finance will be preferred.
    • Minimum 4 years' post qualification work experience in data management and reporting in a corporate finance/ financial planning and analysis team. ii) Experience in analysing financial statements and ratios used in banking, preparing financial models & presentations and familiarity to various RBI and SEBI guidelines will be preferred.
    • Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite. Written communication and presentation skills. Understanding of financial statements, ratios, financial models and regulatory guidelines.
  • Advisor (Fraud Risk):
    • Minimum :- Graduation
    • Basic:- The candidate should be a retired IPS or State Police / CBI / Intelligence Bureau / CEIB Officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police at the time of retirement and should have worked in / handled Vigilance / Economic Offences / Cyber Crime Departments.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in conduct of investigation / supervision in criminal / financial offences.
  • Senior Executive (Economist):
    • A Master’s degree in Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Mathematical Economics/ Economics/ Econometrics/ Statistics & Informatics/Applied Statistics & Informatics with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade. OR MBA/PGDM with specialization in Finance/Master’s Degree in Finance with minimum 60% marks from a recognized institute.
    • PhD in Economics/ Banking/ Finance/ Statistics/ Mathematics will be given preference.
    • In addition, the candidates should have, to their credit, relevant published work/research paper in Economics/Finance/Banking Area.
    • Excellent communication and writing skills
    • Should have at least 3 years of post-qualification work experience in the relevant field research and analytics. 
    • Exposure in the field of Treasury, Risk Management, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Big Data etc. is considered a definite advantage. 
    • Knowledge of Statistical/Analytical Package like STATA, SAS, E-views, R etc. is mandatory. 
    • Knowledge in Mathematical/Statistical Model Building is Mandatory. 
    • Knowledge of Databases like Bloomberg, Reuters, CEIC is desirable.

Age limit

  • Min. 25 years to Max. 35 years (Manager (Performance Planning & Review))
  • Below 63 years of age (Advisor (Fraud Risk))
  • 32 years (Senior Executive (Economist))

Application fee

  • Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) is Rs.750/- ( Seven hundred fifty only) for General/ OBC/ EWS candidates and NIL for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.

    Selection Process

    • The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview / interaction
    • Shortlisting: The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted (subject to availability) and called for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
    • Interview: Interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in candidate for being called for interview.
    • Merit List: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only. In case more than one candidate score the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit.
