We are talking about Kanubhai who lives in Amreli city of Gujarat. In this age of inflation, people have come up with new ideas using unique ideas. If you see Kanubhai standing in front of the house, it will look like a normal house to you. In fact, this typical looking house is unusual. Because their house does not have electricity and water bill, on the contrary, they are earning.

Now if we talk about Kanubhai in detail, he is a government employee. He built this unique house 21 years ago today at a cost of Rs 2.8 lakh. Usually when building a house builds everything according to Vastushastra. But Kanubhai has gone a step further and built this house. Their house has a system that provides water for three years without any external source.

The most important thing is that Kanubhai grows the essential vegetables needed in the meal at home and uses the gutter of his house to water it. So they don't have to buy vegetables with outside chemicals. Apart from this, the house also gets Rs 10,000 from the government by providing electricity to the grid.

It is to be noted that water scarcity occurs in summer in many parts of Saurashtra. Due to which water does not come in the houses for many days. To solve this, Kanubhai built an underground tank in the house which can store 20,000 liters of water. It is stocked with rain water.

Also make the windows of your house bigger so that the house gets more sun. He arranged for air ventilation using horizontal cross ventilation technique, which allows cool air to enter the house easily and reduces the need for an AC fan.

A solar plant has been installed on the roof of their house which does not cover the electricity bill and they are also earning money by selling the surplus electricity to the government. Not only that, they have also installed solar geysers on the roof for hot water in winter. Currently this house has emerged as an ideal home in the surrounding areas.
