The serene and beautiful beaches here are very attractive to tourists. Diu is known for its Portuguese culture and history. You can also rent a bicycle or a scooter to get around here. The fun of walking around here in peace is different.
There are many places you would like to see such as Diu Fort, Light House, St. Paul's Church, Nagoya Beach, Naida Caves, Sea Shell Museum, Zampa Gateway, Gangeshwar Mahadev etc.
Diu Fort was built by the Portuguese between 1535 and 1541. It is surrounded on three sides by the sea. The fort also houses a large lighthouse. The fort is a wonderful example of the construction of the time. The lighthouse is the highest point in Diu. From here you get a beautiful view of the Arabian Sea.
The Naida Caves near the Diu Fort is also one of the top places to visit. The sunshine falling in these caves creates a wonderful scene, which becomes an unforgettable experience for the beholder. Another attraction of Diu is the Zampa Gateway, an important landmark of Diu. Engraved in the shape of angels, lions and priests. The man-made waterfalls here add to its beauty.

Not only the beach or the church but also the temple is located here. The ancient temple of Shivaji is located at a distance of 3 km from Fudam in Diu. There are 5 Shivlings here, people here believe that the Pandavas spent some time here during their 13 years of exile. Here the stone Shivlings are located in the middle of the sea. When it is high tide, only the top of the Shivling is visible as it is submerged in the sea water.
